Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

Hi..i'm new to this particular forum...but i have been around for a while active in another forum ;D...i was wondering what the average wait time is now to get passports back from CPP-Ottawa with Visas stamped...i sent in my passports on june 22nd and they were delivered today

Just received GCMS report, noting is done to my file. Only one new note that has an update in march 2013 but does not specifies what has been updated. I don't think something will happen in 2013 because my MP was informed by the cic that it may be completed in early 2014. Total 27 months has passed and it is sitting in Ottawa since 12 months. I think cic is making false statement regarding the processing times coz CPP Ottawa has a processing time of 13 months on their website and also Mr Jason Kenny office was also informed me 13 months processing time. But it will definitely take way longer then that. Only process which I can see from GCMS is criminality is in process since April 2011.

i am also waiting for my CAIPS notes. Will be getting it in next week. Will update you guys once i receive it. In my last CAIPS notes which i ordered, there was no movement, even not started background/security check. It was in January. Lets hope i will see security check started this time...that will bring some hope...that Ottawa is working on our file....

I submitted everything in last summer, including FBI, medical, landing fee. Why they still keep me waiting, and the status always shows "In Process". What shall I do now ? I know the medical is about to expire.

My lawyer jus informed me that I got medical request, but still waiting for the medical forms. Does any one know how long it take to get the forms? I thought it would be int the same email, but apparently not.

FORMS are not emailed anymore - they are available with DMP
