i think your lawyer is right...coz you are on implied status for 90days and you could still wait for your lmo by then before applying work permit.....if you stayed after 90days thats the time you will apply for restoration......

Hello there...my application would be nearly 4months now...I had asked my consultant about it and she replied saying we are waiting for the AOR any day now...but I had checked the bank and the money had not been encashed yet...my question now is that if its possible to have AOr without...

we are on the same situation.I too had applied March 5 CIC got my application march 8 but up to now no news whatsoever....even DD was not encashed yet...Did you apply by yourself or with an accountant...I had an accountant but no news from them too...........

@mis.........Thanks much.........no I hadn't contacted them coz i have a consultant..I had ask about it many times but the only reply I got from them is to wait few more WEEKS.....that few more weeks for me doesnt sound good coz im looking into months again since my DD wasn'nt encash yet...

congrats to all those who just had their AOR's and medical request.....for me Im still waiting for 1st AOR for 100days now and money still intact in the bank...... really SAd about it.
