Thats' STRANGE !, i got my credit card charged 2 weeks ago by FBI and i applied 4 weeks ago and waiting for that mailed report. Do you know by what mail do they send out the reportS? USPS? I am worried as i still have NOT received the report.

The whole thing seems possible: buy out a house there, rent it out, pay taxes on it, do this healthcard thing workaround and i am sure millions of desi flocked in there have already done this successfully in the past to prove their physical presence unless i am missing something

I think those $490 per applicant is only to be provided once your medicals are done and CIC is happy with your PCC reports/Medicals etc.

Hello Guys, So if an Indian Citizen with a Canadian PR is living & working in USA on h1b visa and wants to maintain his Canadian PR w/o living for 2 years out of a rolling 5 year period in Canada, and opens a Canadian INC or LLC and then has active transactions & business going on in Canada...
