As per the FSW 2013, it seems that NDVO has taken at least one month in MR and PPR... Do we have anybody from NDVO who has submitted MR and RPRF a month ago..

Also, as many of seniors have mentioned here that one need to land into Canada within one year of MR... Few Members have mentioned in FSW 2013 that they have received approximately 250 days in getting PPR after MR.. SO does it mean that they have only 100 more days to land in Canada..

That's a very interesting question, we have been requested for MR's by NDVO on 11th October and still have to get it completed. We are waiting to also receive FBI & PCC clearance, so is NDVO taking 30 days after MR's are completed to request for Passports? Or do they request for Passports after receiving the original PCC/FBI results, so basically another 60 total days is what i am assuming i.e. 11 december, and in our case, since we live in US, we will be mailing our passports to Canadian Embassy within USA & then hopefully would be given 6 months to pay the landing fee & land in there?

Also, our consultant has a local canadian address, so will our PR cards be mailed there? Also, what exactly happens at landing? :'( :-\ >:(

two of my very close friends had similar experiences with consultants (that too "leading" consultants). If you can reveal the name of the consultant in question, that would be good for future applicants. But yes, for sure, avoid consultants, they are good for nothing.

Mine is not leading consultant. It is Wesley Group located in Noida. Lets reveal the name of bad consultants. Please let us know the name of those 2 leading consultants. They hit out career. We should hit their business.

If you have not saved "Edit Response Link", you cannot update it- in this case, you need to resubmit it. Though I updated it, you can resubmit so that for MR/passport/visa, you can update it yourself. Note that your old entry will be removed.

_____________
Spreadsheet Entry/Resubmit Process
Click http://tinyurl.com/FSW14-Entry --> fill form and click submit --> Click Edit your Response --> Go to the newly open page -->from the address bar, save the link/bookmark for future update.

Spreadsheet Update Process:
Open the saved/bookmarked link --> update information.

Lost my Edit Response Link:
Resubmit and follow Spreadsheet Entry/Resubmit Process explained above

Hi All,

GOT PER

Aplication received date is 18 june 2014
NOC Code: 1113
PER Received date is 16 October 2014

In 2010 I applied for first time. Special thanks to Kollins, Ashif, Goku, century and all those who helped me get this.

Thanks a lot you all guys..

Another NOC 1113 PER. Let's see if CIC still doesn't have a figure other than 0 in that NOC code for the next cap update.

Hello Seniors,

Can someone tell me what are the next steps to be followed after receiving PER?

Thanks!

Application sent to CIO - Sydney, NS

CC Charged / DD Encashed (Application can be refused after CC charge, chances of refusal are slim though)

PER

1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....) (1st line on Ecas may also appear before PER)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

File transfer to Visa office

AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR email)

INTERVIEW (mostly waived)

2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

MR + RPRF + Additional documents request

3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

PPR

4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
ECAS Status : DECISION MADE

VISA

===========================================================

PER: POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
AOR: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
MR: MEDICAL REQUEST
RPRF: RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEES
PPR: PASSPORT REQUEST

A small variation in the above process may occur depending on the working style of different Visa Offices
