As per the FSW 2013, it seems that NDVO has taken at least one month in MR and PPR... Do we have anybody from NDVO who has submitted MR and RPRF a month ago..

Also, as many of seniors have mentioned here that one need to land into Canada within one year of MR... Few Members have mentioned in FSW 2013 that they have received approximately 250 days in getting PPR after MR.. SO does it mean that they have only 100 more days to land in Canada..

Applicants must land in Canada before the expiry date on Visa.

The expiry date on Visa is one year from the date of medicals or passport expiry date of either PA or his / her accompanying Dependants, whichever is earlier.

Why worry brother. Out of 50 applications made on this day by our forumites, only 20 got PER. So maximum is waiting.

Thank you for the information. This day, Saturday, I am surprised to see June 23 rd applications received their PER's. My app also reached on June 23 and CC charged on October 9.

I can sense lot of butterflies in my stomach and spine chilling as I still didn't hear anything about the news. If I see all the 4 people are DD'ed.

Does CIO work on saturday's too or any programmed jobs set to send emails when their accounts are credited with CAD?

You're 100% correct. I consider this malpractice. Is your consultant within Canada and/or registered with ICCRC? If so you should definitely file a formal complaint.

Its Wesley Group in India. I don't know if he is registered or not

I can see many applicants are getting PER with in 120 to 143 day ?

is this true ? an application can take that long like 143 days ?

Anyone plz share an experience of getting PER so late , want kind of a reason can it be ?

I am 16th june applicant no news or update .. all i know the application received by MIKE.

No CIC doent work on Saturdays & Sundays. No auto charging program has been set.

Thats may be because they will be transferring your application to your Local VO or may be after receiving at local VO they didn't update your application status. Mostly of peoples ECAS remains "in process" even after receiving PER.

You'll be alright, some received PER mail through snail mail so this may take time. Just relax and be cool.

We have seen earlier CIO charged on Saturday. So, it won't be surprising at all if they worked on Saturday. As we are not used to see PER issued on Saturday, it means, CIO is most probably working to process faster to clear backlog from Express Entry.

If VO don't get file early, they may blame CIO to not meet the deadline.

That is exceptional. But I am sure they don't work on Weekend's. They might had some glitch yesterday (that when your PER was released) and it would have been unsuccessful and that why may be you received it today.

i have received email from centralized-intake-office @ cic.gc.ca

yeah i received both UCI and File number in email as i never applied to canada immigration.hope it will help u and stay positive bro

Actually mu concern was whether my consultant shared the correct information with me or not.

He told me that after filing my case to CIC they will go for completeness check. It will take 3-4 months.
so i was rigorously following up with my consultant from last few days.

Yesterday he mailed me that this is your File number & UCI. This information we have received from CIC and after you will pay the agreed final payment we will release the file number and UCI with you. Then i made the payment and they share this information with me.

Now i just want to confirm this is the normal process??

because i have read few posts in this forum which mentioned that people can check their ECAS before PER and they have UCI number since the day they have filed their application..

I am confused.
