dear didi7878 because the processing of qsw is different from fsw . our files are accepted by Québec and federal part only for medical and security while your file is processed completely in federal stage .

my dear signature in passport is legal and it is not scratch or scribble my friend. this answer is by Canadian embassy officer also if signing passport is scratch or scribble then you need to change your passport also . any way I am trying to share info from Canadian embassy in amman regards

I think it is contraversial subject and it depend on the passport's country regulations I read also American passports should be signed by one of the parents so if your passport is protected and you can not sign it apply it as it is in my case Jordanian passports are not protected and delivered...
