Hubby's interview date changed to April 24th @ 8am (daughters 21st bday) :D it's gonna be a good day!!!

I initially sent my forms in June/11, but was sent back to me in Aug cuz I didn't put step daughters meds in pkg. So I already had file/client # when it came back. Huge delay on our part, I re-sent Jan/12, so I didn't go to the back of the line. Thnk God! I'm sure they'd like to know the reason...

I had no problems with mine...I think as long as the signature is dated prior to the new forms, its acceptable.

I don't think you should worry, my 'whole' pkg was the old one. It was sent in Jan/12 and they accepted it.
