Application filed: Feb 20, 13 AOR: Feb 26, 13 Sponsorship approved + file transfer: April 11, 2013 PPR: May 15, 2013 Passport sent: May 20, 2013 Medical was sent with application.

My husband got PPR 38 days after his file was transferred to New Delhi. And PPR request was in his Junk folder. We didn't notice it for 3 days. Actually for us, all the emails from CIC went to our junk folders... :(

The date on this letter is the date when they transferred your file to new delhi. I called them when I received this email and call center representative told me that they transfer the file electronically, same day or next day.
