Its going to be 4 months since received my passport.


Going to be 9 months since they rcvd our FILE. :-[


REALLY REALLY HOPE THIS MONTH IS OUR TURN :

Reeyan, you applied in 2012? I don't see your timeline on the Excel file.. when did you send your application?

Something very different happened with our file...... My husband got an email from NDVO stating they have recieved his passport, but he sent the passport 7 weeks ago........ anyways its always good to hear from them, it shows atleast they r working on our files.......
It is also mentioned in the email that his file is pending for processing and they will notify us after it gets processed.....

Thats great!!! Most of the Feb applicants of 2012 got DM around july and august....
Hope the trend continues this year too...and we should get back our passports back soon!

There are very few applicants in Feb. So hopefully March ones will be next after u guys,,, hopefully before end of July...

i FILED MY APP OCT 12 2012.

Approved Nov 30 2012.

Passport sent March 12 2013.

Even my hubby sent his PP around mar 15th. Don't worry, ours will come very soon.. I feel we will get our visas before the end of July In shaa Allaah.. My hubby has just sent an ATIP request (http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-57-eng.asp).. that itself takes 30days to process.. slow coaches.. huh!!

Once they go thru your application if everything is in proper order they will approved your sponsorship and send you a letter by email most likely saying that your application has bee approved and assign you a UCI#. Also, let you know that they have transferred your application to New Delhi visa office.

Then you can check your application status via Cic.gc.ca website by using your UCI number.
