Hi Aashima Number is 1-888-242-2100 But they can tell you the status only if the file is in Canada. If it is already been transferred to New Delhi, then they can't help you.

Check your spam/junk mail folder too. When my sponsorship was approved from Canada, I got same status online and didn't get any email. After waiting for one week, I called their call centre and they told me to check spam/junk folders. And I found their email there.

Hello everyone, Do anybody know anything about the procedure of background check? What do they do and how long it can take?

ADR is additional documents request. NDVO asks for more communication proofs, divorce certificate, photographs, baby's birth certificates etc. from some applicants.
