I am Dec 18th applicant and so far no updates...there are mixed responses from forum members....i am just being optimistic...did you try to call CIC and check the status of your application?

@managersonline, i don't see any statistics here (i may be wrong)...... 1. CIC agent never reveals the cap status over phone. 2. According to CIC publishing as of 16th Dec 2014, it was 715 applications received. 3. If at all the file was returned then it would have made entry into the database...

@newtraveller, as per 16th dec NOC 2281 didn't reach the cap & it was 715 applications received. Moreover CIC agent will never reveal the cap status over phone....

hi techiemanager, last monday i had called and they said to call back after 8-10 weeks of application received by them....me too same NOC & 18th Dec applicant...just wait and pray.....i am going to check with them in the first week of march & recommend you to do the same.....hope for the best....

not yet mate....mine is 18th Dec...DD as well....i am waiting eagerly to get DD encashed.....

ya...i agree that it started snowing and even now it has kept its pace.....my application was received on 18th Dec 2014 by a person named Daniel and got this information when I checked with DHL.....kindly check with the postage (call center) guys so that they can reveal the information.....

well.....mine was delevired on 18th Dec but agent couldn't track down....yours delivered on 3rd Dec and agent was able to track.....strange.....let us be optimistic that we all (Dec applicants) will be included in the CAP......pray....pray...
