I think the realistic time frame is from 3-5 months right now. In total from start to finish it was around seven months. So I think it just balanced out at the end in our case

Yes that's right! But I think that's because of how long it took at the begginging. From Aug 22- December 25th we had to wait for SA! It was super stressful!

Eeeeeeekkkk today's the dayyyyyy!!!! I barely got any sleep all week from excitement! Waiting by my computer for my husband to get online after his appointment at the embassy today!!!!

It's says 10 months but seems to be taking between 4-5 months for Havana....

I don't get it though did you apply for Outland? A lot of people apply Outland even if they are in Canada physically because it's a lot shorter. And then if they get called for an interview they have to return to Cuba or wherever for the actual interview.

MY HUSBAND GOT THE CALL YESTERDAY TO GO TO THE EMBASSY ON WEDNESDAY WITH HIS PHOTOS AND PASSPORT!!!! IM STILL IN COMPLETE SHOCK!! It was so unexpected! Especially given the fact that we had all these delays in the first phase of our application process. Maybe they took that into concideration...

And what if they are under 28? Do you think they will still need one?
