If an email has been included in the application, the sponsor should receive an email confirmation of sponsorship approval however in some cases they have sent the approval by post, even when an email has been provided.

Don't worry. Lots of people have sent their package to the PO Box :) I think you can track using the online receipt number along with the Sponsor details. Nothing will show on ecas until they start processing your file and in some cases until sponsorship is approved...

No unfortunately, you just have to sit tight and wait... but hopefully not for too long. The only way to know for certain it arrived is to use trackable post... but then again, this is only confirmation from the postal company, not confirmation direct from CPC-M.
