Hello... I'm June too...my application arrived June 2nd :)

We used FedEx (FedEx International Priority) - £53 for 1.4 kg. Posted from Scotland - arrived in Mississauga the next day. (I used Mail Boxes etc, so I didn't have to set up a Fedex account) No problems at all and speedy delivery with accurate real time tracking! MDSB 8)

My receipt only had one bar code two. I only paid about 2 weeks ago. I printed off two copies, completed the relevant details; sent one with my app and kept one. Sure it will be fine so long as it has the barcode and ref number

As far as I can tell, they take the payment when they begin to work on your cert. It took me a total of 4 weeks to get my cert which included posting times to and from the US; I live in the UK) You will find more info on timings here...

I would provide them with whatever they ask. I don't think there is any way around it. Even though they state you only need to provide police certs for countries you have resided in for 6 months or more, I've read that they have requested police certs for those who have resided for less than 6...
