Hello, I'm looking at trackit.com and it seems that most people have the AOR letter date before the date the file was transfered to the local Visa office. I always thought that the local Visa office had to receive the file first before sending the AOR. Thank you, Paul

So why would you need to follow a difference process to get sponsored to live in Quebec? If I'm allowed to do all those things in other provicences in Quebec- should the application not be approved by the same people. Is CIC different or IO different from the rest of Canada.
