What about the section on 0008 titled "dependents"? It says to include info on your spouse on the forms but how is a spouse a dependent?

Whoops.I just noticed there are 2 0008 forms. One is 0008dep. I guess only fill that one out if there are children.

Who must fill out this format and in what cases? I'm sponsoring my spouse and that's all.

yes that's an issue since it will be sent to the singapore office which takes as long as 22 months.

Hello, I'm confused as to when the medical needs to be done for an outland spousal PR application? Does it have to be done before the application is sent (and include proof when the application is sent)? Or must it be done at a specified time during the processing of the application? Thanks!

I spoke to someone at the embassy and they're telling me that I should write a note explaining why I can't give that supporting document. She said I shouldn't include anything else instead of that. I don't like the sound of this, I'm going to try and get a further explanation today or tomorrow...

well if she's in canada now and she doesn't have this student visa any longer (it's on an old passport that's not in her possession), do you have an idea of what happens?
