i second dr.anmols opinion over IELTS duplicate. I recently visited the BC and pleaded with every possible idea..they refusd to issue any other copy expect on the pretext of sending to a university..that too would be couriered by them !

havnt heard from the visa office yet after getting PER. how should i go about it....the VO london UK site says.. "How to update an application at this Visa Office Updates are only accepted in writing. Any documents that are not in English or French must be accompanied by a certified...
