how to update VO of my new employer

Dear members

I am really confused would highly appreciate your help on the following :

MY ecas just went into In process and i have yet not recieved any email or snail mail from VO.How do i update them about my new employer.
Will they send a new file number to me and then i can contact them ? As their website says WAIT TILL WE SEND U A FILE NUMBER..i am unable to comprehend the situation .please help !!!

LVO does not send u an AOR......so send them a Case specific enquiry nd let them know about new employer

can u also tell me what supporting documents i should send.i have resigned from the previous employer about 10 months back and had been busy in continuing education courses .its been 3 days that my status changed to in process.

Permanent residence applicants: Wait until we have sent you your file number before contacting us, except to change your mailing address, change your e-mail address, or withdraw your application.

Its a standard reply.....so every1 does not keep on contacting them......Don't send them any new docs now.......instead in the CSE, ask them what docs would be reqd and what file no. needs to be mentioned while sending supportin docs

will the VO nt object as to why i am updating them with this info after 10 months,,? i was in the impression that i have to wait till they contact me as per the site....can u elaborate on that

wen did u start with ur new job.....was it after u got PER from CIC?

In my case.per recieved in Nov. principal applicant(my wife) was unemployed when we applied. she became employed in January. we sent VO CSE in march, we scanned and added as attachment the resumption of duty letter to the CSE. After a month, we received a reply that it has been recorded and added to our file. I don't think it matters though once you have PER but it shows you are truthful.
