well i am not too sure now wts wrong.I had the same prob like i told u but i just checked my status with the info i shared with u. make sure u r using the correct bio data..like ur date of birth n plce of birth.and use just the family name u used in ur application.

u should use ur surname that u mentioned in ur application, instead of using full name......and also select the option idetification type "immigration file number".....try it now i had the same query just minutes ago but Mr.Malik was v kind to ve helpd me out.try it now it shall work .all teh best
