AOR in November 2015 - Let's get together

I remember that when I ordered my notes, since my husband had not authorized release of info to me, our notes was sent to me with his info deleted. I guess spouses need to not only appoint principal applicants as representatives, but also fill up another form to authorize release of case notes.

AOR in November 2015 - Let's get together

My background changed to "In progress" from "Not needed at this time" today. No ghost mail. No ppr mail :( Is this a good sign - does it mean ppr will be coming soon? My timeline: FSW Inland (with spouse) ITA: Sep 18 AOR: Nov 11 Medical passed: Nov 25 BG - in progress: Nov 30 BG - not...

AOR in November 2015 - Let's get together

If your wife is the principal application, you need to submit the "Use of representative (IMM5476) and the "Release of Information to an Individual (IMM5475)" forms. Otherwise information about your documents will be whitened out. When we ordered our notes, I only got information about...

Is ECAS link still available ?

I applied for PR on Nov 11 (FSW Inland). But I never had access to ECAS, though I know some people who applied on Nov 2015 and have access. I received my GSM notes and saw that ym PR app passed R10 and criminality check. So I guess even if you do not have ECAS, they are still working on your...

Spouse Open Work Permit for PGWP holder: Rejected

My husband got his notes from his OWP application (which was refused Feb 12, 2016). It says that CIC never received the inviter's letter of employment (letter from my employer), even though I have uploaded and submitted the document back in Dec 2015! Once I had submitted the letter, it says...

Post Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) current actual processing time

If your application has exceeded normal processing time, you can call the CIC call centre. The agent should be able to take some action since you have exceeded the processing time. Calling them is quicker than submitting an IRCC web form (CSE form), as they often take 2 weeks - to a month to...

Thank you all for taking the time to help us out! I'm really very touched. Sorry for the late response, my husband and I both had the terrible flu and lost a week of our lives to high fever! There's a couple of things that are a bit weird with our case: 1. When I had applied for my Post...

    August/September Applicants PGWP timeline

Hi everyone, I'm facing a weird situation. My PGWP was approved back on Dec 22 and I received the in-Canada letter of approval. But I did not receive the PGWP in my mail till now, and I'm sure they have lost it or something as it usually takes a week to receive mail. They can not reprint...
