Is ECAS link still available ?

Hi,

Could someone confirm if this link is available for people who applied after November 2015 ?
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=

I tried giving my client id / application number and the system could not retrieve anything with the information i provided .


Please clarify .

I applied for PR on Nov 11 (FSW Inland). But I never had access to ECAS, though I know some people who applied on Nov 2015 and have access.

I received my GSM notes and saw that ym PR app passed R10 and criminality check. So I guess even if you do not have ECAS, they are still working on your app

Thanks . On another note. Could you please tell me the processing time for gcm notes ? i was a bit skeptical about it before applying .

I got it exactly after 30 days. Even though it was printed seven days after I requested
