Same here Dan, no reply from anyone other than the Canadian Consulate in NYC who confirmed they have my application and that it will be processed in line with the other applicants.

Agreed Dan. The IEC 2013 mandate promised that all applications would be processed in 8 weeks, another unkept promise from the CIC. :(

I got an email from the NYC office this morning after I emailed them via NewYork-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca It said: Your application is currently in queue and will be processed shortly. Something at least...

I was mostly curious as anyone who applied outside of Canada, had their application processed much quicker. It doesnt really make sense as you would think that they would put the priority on people who are living and working in the country. I hope to get it by next week, fingers crossed I guess.

Still waiting on LOI here too. I`m an Irish citizen, I have applied for Permanent Residency and instead of applying for the BOWP, I applied for this as I was elligible. I recieved an email from CIC on Feb 8th to acknowledge my application, but have heard nothing since. Still waiting.....

If you look back in this thread, there is a spreadsheet for all July applicants. calgaryboy is listed as July 10th, according to the spreadsheet at least.

Great news for you and congrats! Hopefully others start getting MR requests soon....

This is good, it looks like there is a pattern after all. In the next few weeks of March, more and more July applicants will hopefully receive their MR request!

My current closed work permit is due to expire in May 2013 and I'm considering submitting this application online, however I have some questions. 1) What is the difference in paperwork between this and a regular extension of paperwork? 2) Do I have to mention that I have an LMO and a job offer...
