Local VO send AOR..some VO don't send... If they don't send AOR then wait for the MR...

Its not only you..some other members haven't got any reply.. General step is local visa office do the background check on documents which give you points to qualify. If they satisfy with that they will send medical request.. But I too have doubt on this..because lot of members (NDVO) have got MR...
