ppmom, so far okey nman ang cic consultant ko. human factor din kasi tlga. last 2013 na reject ako kasi mabagal yung processing agent na assign sa akin. by 2014, i had a new agent, so when it was resubmit. it went well and now may PER na ako. still case to case basis lang talaga.
