Hmm strange why would they ask a 2001 ID's? I am pretty sure na you gave them new ID's right with your husbands surname. Are you the main applicant? Honestly, I dont know what to tell you. Maybe the more seniors in this forum can shed light in this cloud of doubts.

Bakit wala kang government ID? Kahit SSS, Philhealth, PRC, kahit voters ID or postal ID pwede na ata yun.
