If ur job duties are about the same then just mentioned both the designation and period simultaneously along with remuneration detail Otherwise first mention ur asst mgr details and then mgr details.

Since ur app is reached on 16th Dec and cap was updated on 17th or 18th of Dec by the CIC, there are less chances of inclusion of ur app in CIC numbers at this point of time. But u dont need to worry ur app will surely gonna fall in the cap. All the best.
