yes Fiyazali, I got it on Nov 8, CIC dispatched it on 29 Oct. I was in regular touch of my postman thts the main reason I got my file back so early.

As per elaish statement his file was received by the CIC on 31st Oct and he got his file back on 25th dec around which should be sent by the CIC around 10-15 days back at least. On the basis of this you can say that CIC has completed completeness check for Oct and might b doin for nov.

It used to be a cap update day, but this process has chnaged since Oct. Now there is no fixed day

hello Pankaj, How are you. Yes you are correct but I am saying this on the basis of latest cap update. I think CIC has included all the apps received till first week or may b of second week also of Dec in its cap update. So I suppose Lalit still stands a chance to be included in this cap...

You shouldn't b worried as there is still a little chance u have to fall in ur cap as still 70 around positions are vacant as this cap status should include apps of 1st week of dec. All the best.

In my view, CIC has completed or about to finish completeness check for November also. latest Cc charged is around 20th Oct and there is a difference of one month between payment and completeness check.

You are about to receive ur PER mail in next 10-15 days.

No one can tell you exactly abt CIC verification process. Whether u work for a big co or a small firm, you should not be bothered about as far you have made true declaration.

NOC Category means nothing but a broad bifurcation between other categories like you are applying through NOC or thro arranged employment. Just write "NOC Category" on ur envelop along with NOC Code No.
