Al Hamdulla finally after very long wait I Received PER

Application date: 3.Sep.2014
DD enchased as per the Bank 25.Nov.2014
DD enchased as per the CIO mail is 23.Nov.2014
London Visa Office
I don't have my name in the sheet coz I can't access the same.
I have urgent question the UCI no. is given in the mail UCI:******** (eight digit no. without any space or dash between the digits) I am trying to check the online status of my application but I could not don't know why and what's the wrong.
Please, advise.

1. No, you don;t need to pay rprf fees before medicals.
2. yes, once you pay online, you will get a pdf receipt. take its printout and fill it and send it to NDVO.
3. If NDVO has asked you, then yes, send original PCC, RPRF fee receipt as told in 2 above, receipt of medical test as proof (though results are sent directly to CIC) and copy of letter NDVO sent you.

I also got my MR on 23-Dec-2014. Exactly 2 months before on 24-Oct-2014, I got the PER mail.
So those who are waiting for MR, 2months time frame is normal for PER and MR.
I have few questions:
1) Do i have to pay PER fees before taking medical. Also medical results are sent directly by physician.
2) If i pay PER online then , do i have send the acknowledgement print out along with the final file.
3) I have to send the pCC and PER fees?

What is the date mentioned on your rejection letter which you will have received with your returned app.
This will help others to predict the completeness check of which dates are completed.

Dears,
Need advice concerning my case, I did send my file and it was received by CIC on 31st of October 2014, today I received back my returned file with letter stating that I didn't complete ((Schedule A: Background Declaration/Schedule)) for my spouse..

Of course I will re submit my complete application again.. But my questions are:
1- Does this returned files will affect my next application..???
2- I noticed that they wrote (UCI #) on one of my application, shall I write in the new application or not..????

Please help me with this issue as I'm totally confused..

1. Returned file does nt have any effect on new app.
2. Write ur UCI no. given by the CIC on ur new app.

You can raise a case specific enquiry (CSE) with NVDO.

Got my Passport back after stamping. Timeline below. Passport received on 23rd but was lying in the Post Office as the Security at my building refused to receive it on my behalf.


Visa Office: NDVO
NOC: 2174

Timeline:
App Filed: 21st May
CC Charge: 3rd September
PER: 12th September
Medicals: 3rd Novemver
Meds Done: 12th November
3rd Line Update: 21st November
PPR: 12th December
Passport Received at VO: 15th December
Passport Received by me with Visa: 23rd December (Collected the Passport Today).

Thanks everyone for all the help. Next is the plan to move to Canada. Will keep in touch in this fourm till them.

As per elaish statement his file was received by the CIC on 31st Oct and he got his file back on 25th dec around which should be sent by the CIC around 10-15 days back at least. On the basis of this you can say that CIC has completed completeness check for Oct and might b doin for nov.
