In latest form there is no column for selecting Visa Office. I posted already there is no need to mention Visa office.

I appreciate your help . But I really don't have any idea about what to do. I didn't intend any cheat when I had sent my application. Matter of fact, I asked more than once whether I should have checked "yes" for being declined the B1/B2 visa but I was told this is not a formal rejection !! Moreover, I mentioned more important other details in my application indicating my intent not to cheat ! .
So, I would be grateful if you suggest any solution ?! I actually need to do the right thing but how ?! Should I send an e-mail or the schedule A form again ?! How can I guarantee that this update will be added to my application ? I've already sent a previous cover letter recently regarding a mistake on my given name on the generic form as I wrote my full name by mistake ?!

I would say send the updated forms with cover letter mentioning this mistake, which stage is your in? Have you got your PER. I had a similar issue and shared the updated forms as advised by the seniors on this forum, this was after my MR stage.

Dear friends,
I have applied for 2 application under two different NOC categories.
For first application status - I am waiting for PPR
For second application status - CC charged on Dec 9th.
I was expecting same UCI number but different application number for my second application.
To day I found in ECAS that, my second application statred showing that - They received my application on XXXXXXX under same UCI
But, when I try ECAS with my first application number, it is still showing my my both applications 'Inprocess" status.
I am confused, Do I have Same Application number and Same UCI number for both the applications?

Now my questions to experties are:

Is it common for all applicants whoever applied under two categories?
Do we staill have same UCI and Application number for all applications we applied?

Please share your experience / openion.

Didnt try to stop ur CC charging after u got ur PER for first application?

Write a mail to VO as well as CIC clarifying that will this situation lead to any confusion and delay.

2. Second, I have not mentioned anywhere in my whole application what will the relevant visa office. Where will.I mention it

Hi, in the Generic application form, question 4 i.e. "Immigration Office requested for processing the application" is where you need to specify the visa office (NDVO, LVO etc)

I am sorry, I wasn't known to this fact that the point No.-4 has eliminated nw regarding visa office, you may send ur app if it is nt mentioned there

Where should i mention visa office on generic form

Visa office option has been removed from the form since late november so you do not have to mention visa office anymore

What's date of your PER?
