my file went in proses on Nov 4th 2013 (according to my E cas) but till today I am waiting........sky & my eyes are totally dry for me.

Ya, I think you can use IMM 5475e too. I am inland applicant so my file went to Ottawa but I don't know for outsider. Thanks -bha

He can but you have to give him a Singed IMM 5476 (Form IMM 5476 Use of a Representative) and he has to attach this form when time to apply GCMS. Ya, that's correct you file will finales at Ottawa. IMM 5476 you can find from CIC website. -Bha

I ordered my 1st GCMS through the e mail on March 2013 and 2nd GCMS through the online on Nov 2013,both are takes 30 days long to get it....if you are inland applicants I think online is better option... choose the privacy act ... this is free for inland applicants. Thanks -bha
