Not, no need the LMO, Apply for new work permit with your PNP approval and print out of your E cas status.. not to worry , you will get new work permit... my case was same like you.. last year.. my PNP was in proses and my work permit expired in Dec 2012 so I apply before that with above docs...

if you submitted with your application, you inland applicant and after that you didn't go out of Canada so they are not asking for update PCC... may be I am wrong. thanks -Bha
