Hi everyone!
Can somebody tell me how to apply for GCMS notes to see where my application stand?

I applied pr on 14 feb and in process from 15 july and no response yet

ANy kind of help would be appreciated

If you are lawfully residing in Canada, apply under Privacy Act - this makes it free.

There is a $5.00 application fee for these requests. (There are no fees under the Privacy Act).

i think u shud apply under access to information act because if u apply under privacy act they do not provide all information in details.

I just want to know current recent updates in my file. I dont want to know what happened before IN PROCESS because that is safe.

People applied in march or april are getting pp with stickers and I am still waiting. Ijust wanna know everything is wrong.
I already apply in privacy act and odnt know if its ok to apply again on same day

don't apply again..if it didn't ask you to submit $5 dollars, you have done correctly.

It will take exact 30 days to get notes, if you apply before getting your notes, you wont get notes for your first application and 30 day cycle would commence by your latest ATIP request.
