Are you using the same UCI? Ild imagine it will be on your record if UCI is the same as that application, left to the discretion of the officer to check past immigration history. Also if the application was online, they might have easy access.

It's a tricky situation, my issue is that I don't want my visa office to be London because of country of residence as I will be in Canada when they request for passport.

Thank you, the issue now is address details, what date should I make the living "from" because I am using it as my correspondence address since I will be in Canada at the later stage of my application.
