I guess your best bet is to get hold of the delivery guy and ask him .. if he doesn't remember give him a dummy package will your address and see where he delivers it .. take him around the area and make him remember .. Also as someone suggested check with the same apartment number condos in...

I guess CIC will run a batch of PPRs soon .. hopefully sometime this week and then we will see a whole lot of PPRs on the same day ..

Did you email CIC to ask the reason of the delay ?

What is your email id in the GCMS notes. This looks like a case of incorrect email id. Get it corrected ASAP.
