How do you have your T4 from current employer for 2013 now. I guess you only receive the T4 after the year ends i.e. in early 2014 for the year 2013. Correct me if i am wrong. I submitted my 2012 T4 with my application and few latest pay stubs and waiting for my AOR. Do i need to submit my 2013...

When was your application received at CIC ? and when exactly was your CC charged ?

It is prior to AOR. Probably a week before you receive AOR. This is what i understand from the Oct 2013 tracking sheet. Haven't read this in CIC website though.

I guess it should be fine .. the title in WP is generic for all titles under that NOC plus your title matches the one in WP. As far as the duties in the reference letter matches that of the NOC code, you should be good. Seniors here might throw more light on it ..
