How long does the second AOR take i.e the one that shows the application has passed the R10 check. I need this asap as my wp expires in March
Edit
This link confuses me http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/permit/extend/permanent.asp
I got an AOR right when i submitted am i good to go with that...
What he said , flagpoling will probably be quicker. Ensure you take all your papers for that. But for the eligibility test fill it out like you first did. Your here to study and your already in the country.
Wrong , u can in fact apply for a PGWP extension , apply as you normally would. And you will get the remainder. I know this because last year i extended mine soon to be extended again with a BOWP
Im in the same situation if he has PNP then he is good to go. The PNP also gives an AOR
Its all here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/permit/extend/permanent.asp
Just to clarify if you go through express entry the AOR they want is the first one they send you when your submit your application
You should be fine , i got refused for a us visa a long time ago with no explanation. Never mentioned it even to the us consulate. This is 3 passports later. Unless u really did something wrong u should be fine
Thanks yes i noticed as well after some searches. I thank God because this time last year i didnt think i was going yo be able to stay.
Can finally extend my pgwp
Im Standing at 499 What are my chances? Also i really want to change my job because although its full time im paid as an independent contractor. And the position has no term so its indefinite clearly says so in my employment contract.
What happens if and when i change my job and say i get...
So what of those already in canada and working is the job offer with the pay enough? Im seeing people with 20k saved and am like why struggle to come here? I can barely have a savings in this economy.
My crs score is 499 entered the pool yesterday. What are my chances of getting chosen in the next round?
Also , Do they pick every candidate in the pool that is above the minimum threshold or what?
