hi Shaheyar, Thanks. This NOC was suggested to me by my lawyer. My lawyer had applied on 07-Nov-14. I think my application should have reached by this time perhaps ; I do not have the exact dates though ! If it is exactly 3 months waiting time, then I need to wait until 07-Feb-14 then :-)...
