IAD allowed our apeal on august 31 2015. but we have not recieevd any update so far.. ecas status also not showing anything.. earlier my info was showing. but not now. kindly help why London office has omit my information.

i als got letter from CBSA on july 31. 2015 mentioning the fact they have granted our appeal. Din't hear anything after that.. do u have any idea abt it what gonna happen next. what is the timeline for next procedure. Will i get letter from IAD or CBSA or they will forward decision directly...

actually my case was not that much complicated. my hubby paid the debt and we have a daughter too. so they asked for written submissions to go through the case. after 2 months of submission we got letter that we minister has allowed the appeal.

we can just pray dear.. just pray and be positive throughout the journey...everything will be good inshaa ALLAH

We have won the appeal. we filed in jan 2015 got blue book in april 2015. IAD asked for written submissions . we did the same and won alhamdulillah.

i am waiting for adr date.. as i told u earlier that provided wriitten submissions to IAD.wanna sak u do they send a notice tht u r selected for adr or something like that?
