Trust mi Fyer.....That everyone wish for a faster process after winning there appeal or just starting out but the trend with these immigration officer...some move faster than some on certain aspect of the process....but everyday that goes by is a day closer to reaching your spouse or vice versa

Ajarupan..thank you .for you feeling zbout us ..realy we was cray lots.and our hearts broken .and we still not weak up from this moveis scread. .but our apeal it was no fair .beacuse in letter not as them same my wife said in apeal..everything in letter .no real..even they put words we didn't say it the judje she was realy no honest with us even my wife shoked ..it was I'm letter she put ages and we knows in law no.right..I don't know who is right we people married same sex.gAve them law or our case more defficult ..?ajarupan.my eife she told me .she will call lawer .for sperem court .and how much chance we can have...and .thank you ajarupan..we will see.in seperme court ..god bless you

Wow so many stories, sad and happy. What a long hard process this is and so unfair.
I wonder if anyone can tell me what will happen next...I filed for appeal in Toronto Nov 2014. Rec'd bluebook in Feb 2015. Now one year since filing for appeal and I'm anxious to know what or when something will happen next??? It's so hard to wait and hear nothing for sooooo long

my ecas status says they sent me correspondence on 24 november 2015. But i have not yet get anything by post. they always use post in my case. junk is also not showing. I got appeal allowed letter on august 30, 2015. what shud i do. please help. cuz if we wll hav tos end mediacal i will be able to get medical daye by mid of dec. that will be too late, pls help

You are very welcome ajarupan .........Yes it very sad to hear that someone lost there appeal....they have to do what they have to do which it go to the extreme..i know how Yousef feel because the day of our full hearing the minister counsel say that she did not believe that our relationship was genuine at all....It look like a billion pound just drop on me and my heart just explode. but im glad the judge did not made his dission the same time with the minister counsel...but the minister counsel called our lawyer to talk about our case and she change her postion on our case and that happen on the next day after our full hearing....when i got the news that she changer her position i just for joy and was like a chicken with his head cut off....the first two word that came out of my month was THANK GOD....so now im waiting to hear from ottawa for my medical and police record and update form...cic told my wife that they sent my files to ottawa 10 days ago so just waiting like everyone else..

My spouse has visited me again this year and we have sent pictures of her visit and other documents. Please how long more do we need to wait before we even get a hearing date if there will be one?

tell your spouse to call the appeal office and speak to your case manager..maybe they have some answers.

i had the same situation. letter send on oct 27 and i did not get it till nov 16. you can call the toll free number and they maybe able to tell you what to do.

also in the letter when it finally arrived...actually it was nov 19 not 16 sorry, there was a medical form and it said that you have to undergo medical examinations within 30 days of the date on the letter. if your doctor does emadical they can do it before that date and enter you in the system. maybe its not necessary to have that form or maybe you can take the form for them to fill out at a later date. as long as they enter you in the system and have your examinations completed before the 30 days is over. also go and do your police clearance check now.

count on 2 years from the time you received the Blue book, Stay positive and NEVER GIVE UP !
