If you are not then you really should be posting your question to the regular post and someone will answer your question

Title your post like this for example : questions about forms
And then copy and paste what you wrote here and send it in Your thread

Trust me you will get lots of answers with your thread

hi needhimback..thanks for your concern. i have been on this forum posting now for over a year lol...and yes i have just won the appeal..but i have some questions regarding the after appeal process..do you mind...and yes i can read so i am fully aware what this thread is for but thank you for your concern and advice.

thank you...waiting now after we know he is coming is nothing compared to waiting for the unknown. really if it was not for some members on this thread who also have won their appeals i dont think we could have done it. Are you appealing as well? since you are posting here i am assuming you are...so did you get your blue book yet?

No lol Im not appealing, I'm not even close to completing the process. (I'm the sponsored) who just filed in October 2015 and still waiting for my AOR and SA

Ive been on this forum since 2013 - always bouncing around from thread to thread
I have read a lot of stories from this thread only because I'm educating myself in case I end up here lol

I hope we never have to go through this nightmare , but its always good to know the appeal process as well

I wish everyone on this thread who is appealing wins there cases And are able to reunite with their spouses soon

It's so hard being apart so long, then go through the immigration process then be faced with appealing your case which again is more waiting time - this is truly sad !!!

If you don't mine me asking why did you have to appeal your case was your spouse denied at the interview or after the interview ????

Hey my fren soblue3, how are you doing....Needhimback is not appealing at all...she is still in the first stage of the sponsorship....she a very good friend off mines...but she do check on the appeal forum once inna while though.lol

well we were denied because we had pretty much all the red flags: age, culture, met on the internet, married on first visit. mind you it was not because of our application. the application was complete with plenty of proof and documentation...there is nothing that was missing from our application. the vo actually did not even bother reading it and how i know that is because in the notes i could see that she made many mistakes including spelling of his name, his education level, my marital information and some other things.
i am very glad this is over now, and really it all together took just about 1.5 years since we submitted our application. i did not find this forum till after our application was submitted but i am sure glad i did before the appeal.

Wow these VO's are too much - I hate this process
We have red flags too but not age or culture so hope all goes well
I'm just glad you got through the appeal part, yea it's too bad you didn't find the forum earlier but its all good your on your way now and soon to put this completely behind you !!!

Hey Fyer.....how are you doing today... from what i been reading on this appeal forum..for ppl that wins there appeal...I took them about 5-8 month to get there visa.. So like how you heard from ottawa requesting some things from you or your spouse. just give your self another 3-5 months for passport request. it can come faster than that but that an average of amount times the take to request passport....i hope this helps

Oh God! Oh my. What happened? Seriously, what does these immigration officer's knows about relationship. They can't just let this happen because of age difference. Crazy. I really feel so sad to hear your story. So sorry. Never really thought this will happen.

Don't lose hope. If you like try asking lawyer to go to federal court. Maybe they can do something about it. Don't let things escape easily. I know money can be very tight. If you guys want to be together, try to go Federal Court. This the last choice after appeal lose.

Think about it before making choice. Talk to your wife about it.
