It is very likely that they might have not started looking at your file. Unfortunately, there is nothing much we can do about it. The scariest part is, what if they return our files (and our PNP certificates have already expired).

Yeah I havent received AOR. But I dont think we need that for GCMS notes.

On my GCMS notes they have a section : Paper File #. I wonder if that is the same as AOR or they have a different file # for their internal processing.

Does anyone know how can we contact CIC from India if needed? I am planning a trip end of this year and might have to contact them.

Asking individually would just give them a chance to isolate each case. Why not ask as a group of people waiting for 4 months now.

So they decided to reply to my email which I sent on 7th August. Here is what CIO-Sydney-Search-enquiry said: "Your file is with our office and is undergoing initial review. You will be contacted further in due course."

Didn't get any response for the first one either except for the one time auto-response which you just pointed out.

I sent an email again last Friday. This time I didn't even get their auto-response message. So basically, no updates from my end.

"There were updates about these on facebook page posted by cic." I am following CIC (CitCanada) on facebook but havent seen anything relevant. Can you share the link please? Thanks

My GCMS didnt mention any QA (it was recently delivered). What could it be though? Why are only Ontario applicants stuck?
