I went to local MP of my friend's constituency a month ago (not my constituency though since my constituency's local MP is infamous for immigration frauds). They just gave me the current status of my file viz. it is under review and nothing else.

I am applying for work permit extension. The document checklist states that I should provide a photocopy of current immigration document (refer : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5556E.pdf) Does that mean the current work permit or temporary resident visa?

@Anatalia Below are the words of OPNP agent: "If one has applied for PR before expiry of their PNP certificate then their PNP certificate never expires till a PR Application decision is made. What we need for a work permit extension is the work permit extension support letter from PNP."...

It expires in May :( I donot have much hope for AOR before that time.
