Submitted application in Mar 2015 Received file number for Quebec CSQ in April 2015 Agency said interview would be Nov 2015 which did not happen. I guess nothing would happen in Dec 2015 and they will start work again mid Jan 2016. Patient is key.

Your post makes me rethink of what I am doing. It's not too late to withdraw my application.

Update: my consultant confirmed that my file number for CSQ was actually given in the letter issued 11 days after submission of application. So my next step is to wait for the interview.

Today marks the 54th day since my application is submitted. I was hoping to get the file number but it's proven that I am too optimistic.

One of my friends applies this program. He does not speak French and his consultant provided him with an interpreter during his interview. His CSQ issued few months ago.
