Now i knw this might not be the best idea to say or do
but i am like little in problem due to this Canadian embassy working so fast that i have completed my all education degree etc and still these a holes not given me medical paper from more than 1.5 years and no reply of mails etc.
now my Sister is going to get married soon so she ll be out of case and she has completed her master educations too so for keeping her depandent b there is no way that she ll still kill her carrier because of this visa

we have paid the all sums near about 125 k canadian doller at that time 1 dollar was like 53 INR .
If i cancel the process how much they will cut down and return me ?
If they pay through cheque which will bein canadian amount, will i get transfer according to current rate ?
how i can have maximum profit of transition ?
and the last question can i sue the canadian embassy ? for holding my money for year and not giving the interest of money ?

How old were you and your sister when your parents' application was submitted? Depending on your age, you may not need to remain in school to still be classified as dependents.

You don't have any grounds to sue the Canadian embassy - so there's no point trying.

I see - in that case your sister does have to stay in school full time to remain a dependent.

It's really your choice what you do now. You can certainly withdraw if you no longer wish to proceed with the application.

Withdrawal is complicated, especially if you are a dependent. According to what I read, I believe your father is P.A. and he wants to withdraw application. So, I'll answer according to that.

Q. If i cancel the process how much they will cut down and return me ?
A. Investment was made by the main applicant via Broker. So, you need to contact your broker and only they can tell you for sure. From what I have heard and read, you will only get refund if you fail medical exams.

I always had doubts about Quebec Investor as it looks so much like a scam. They interview you, accept you and then ask you "Please transfer your funds to your broker in order to receive your CSQ", once the brokers knows you got CSQ's, he invests and Lawyers and consultants get paid. Now your file is transferred to the Federal side and you wait and wait... and in the mean time, your money is gone and still have no Visa. So, in fact it's a scam which the Governments have allowed to happen. Ofcourse, it's not fair... the Investment should be done only once an Immigrant, as yourself, receives the Landed Immigrant Visa and not before. If you want to withdraw, I would suggest that you talk to your broker and pressurize them that there is no result and you want your money back.

Q. If they pay through cheque which will bein canadian amount, will i get transfer according to current rate ?
A. Like I said earlier, you only get refund from CIC if you fail medicals.

Q. how i can have maximum profit of transition ?
A. You can't. Only main dependent can.

Q. and the last question can i sue the canadian embassy ? for holding my money for year and not giving the interest of money ?
A. Yes! You can. However, your chances of being successful are minimum to a great degree. You have to read every inch of a document you have your signatures on. Plus, CIC also have lawyers, so you are talking about more money being spent. I would suggest that you look at other programs, such as US or UK which have very good investor programs and time limit is also low.

Your post makes me rethink of what I am doing. It's not too late to withdraw my application.

Songsort, my post was not to make you feel insecure about this program. But the matter of fact is... there are around 60 ways of immigrating into Canada. I've heard that Express Entry Program is kinda fast. One should give that a shot (or ... at least a thought)

Thank you XpressEnterprise for the comforting words. I did look at the Skilled Worker for some time but I left it until it's too late. My age is approaching 50 fast so I think Investor program is he most suited. I am ignorantly thought it's safe and quick. Before submitting my application, I found a timeline here which indicates the process takes about 2 years but after joining this forum and talk to real applicants with real stories like you guys, I feel so insecured.
