My GCMS notes for the past three months have been the SAME! last date of entry was end July when my application got transferred over for QA. The lack of updates is really ridiculous.

I doubt CEC has a 6 month processing time? All my friends who applied via CEC had a processing time between 11-13 months.

Wait for EE since it has the fastest processing time of less than 6 months (or so it claims but it is worth the gamble). I agree. That is why I think the best and only option if PNP stalls till next year is to make a separate Express Entry application once it opens up. It'll be like putting two horses in a race, PNP v. Express Entry haha.
