I noticed that too. So every 3 days that site is updated they add 3 calendar days to the chart. At that rate, we'll never receive our PR cards! Did the PR Card printing machine breakdown? The one person who handles all of the PR Card processing in CIC on long leave?

Last year, there were folks who received their PR cards within 28 days. It's now taking CIC almost 3 times as long.

Just go to another Service Ontario branch and apply. The person who attended to you was incompetent and didn't know the rules. I got my Health Card renewed with only my COPR.
