Internationally Educated Civil Engineer - Courses in Canada to help finding job

Yes, I know that 420 CRS points is low to get ITA, but I am hoping that the Ontarion PNP might open soon with the same criteria as last year (400+ CRS), so I might have a chance. But if it does not happen I will go there anyway to start studying in September.2017 , under a student visa, and...

    Work experience "Continuous" doubt

Hey Joacry, now I am confused. Avisad has said that part-time counts on actual hours, and now you are saying that is does not count. From what I have read on the CIC website part-time Jobs counts if it was paid and outside Canada, which is my case.

Hey Avisad, thanks for replying! So it means that for part-time I can count the actual hours I worked? For CRS the maximum points I can get for working experience is for 3+ years? Or It will increase the points each year?

    Work experience "Continuous" doubt

Thanks Stanlee. Actually I wrote this wrongly, it was 27 months of part-time job. I thought that for part-time CIC would consider the actual hours worked, for example: 78 weeks of 20hrs/week = 1560hrs. Is that wrong? What if I prove that during that time I had another part-time job that was...

    Work experience "Continuous" doubt

Hi everyone, I have a doubt in the same subject. CIC considers as part-time a journey of 15hrs/week. What if my part-time job was 20hrs/week? In my case I worked: - From Oct.2012 to Dec.2014 as part-time (27 months - 20hrs/week) - Jan.2015 to present (16 months - full-time) Always working...
