I'm devastated... Can't believe I was only 14 days late with EE profile and missed this...Nidish said:Please go through the update on OINP PT notification.
Check out this link for OINP FAQs related to the latest update http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPINTAKE.html#displayZeljkaP said:I'm devastated... Can't believe I was only 14 days late with EE profile and missed this...
To make sure I understand correctly, as they're not accepting the Employer Pre-screen applications anymore either, does that mean that even if I do get a valid job offer from Ontario now I would not get the invitation?
Worst thing is that I spoke to the call-centre person yesterday, maybe 30 mins before they published the news and he was (quite rude) and convincing me that:
- Ontario is still issuing NOI-s but it's completely random and having 400+ points doesn't mean much
- They never advised candidates to re-create the EE profiles to increase their chances (his words were: 'I don't know what you're talking about and where you've seen that, we never said this' - and I was looking at the December post on their website with that info as we spoke).
So, so annoyed and angry right now...
What are your thoughts guys, what will be your next steps? Some other province? Do you know what's the situation, is anyone accepting applications and issuing nominations?
Thanks
They really didn't answer the question at all.How long will it take to process my application?
Processing is taking longer than usual due the large number of applications in our inventory.
The OINP appreciates your patience as it works diligently to process the high-volume of applications received.
Improvements to the OINP application process will be implemented in the coming months – including a move to an online application processing system.
The goal is to make it easier for clients to apply, and to also speed up processing times.
As these process improvements are implemented, all applicants will be made aware of any changes.
