Yogi_Bear's case is different than yours. His 3rd line is not updated in ECAS. Yogi - I feel you should immediately write to VO attaching a copy of the email confirmation from hospital that they had sent the reports to CIC on so and so date. I also suggest that you send a cover letter and a...

Did you separately raise a query or emailed VO to check on the status after submitting FBI PCC? I am asking because I completed medical on 3rd Oct but submitted FBI PCC on 31 st dec. Now it has been a long time since medical. I wonder if they have realised my fbi pcc is sent and received as on...

NDVO is only issuing DM and PPR to 217* series. Other NOC's are less active. Seems like we need to continue to remain patient. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot even buy CAD without passport and visa copy, so can't take advantage of the low CAD to INR exchange rate.

Bro Had you mentioned about your travel to Australia in 2004 on your 10 years travel history form? I am wondering if your security check that got initiated late september 14 (which generally takes about 4 months) came back recently with remarks about your travel history to Australia. If you...

Bro - what you said makes a lot of sense. Can you share your thoughts on my dilemma. My e-Medical was received by CIC on 3-Oct-14. I even paid my fees and send the final package (RPRF Receipt, Medical done receipt copy, and local PCC) all on 6-Oct-14 (received by VO on 7th Oct 14) Now, the only...

PalakPatel, Many Congratulations !! Can you please share, what was the date your MR, PCC, and RPRF was received at NDVO Office? and how many countries you visited (just a number) in the past 10 years. I have a feeling that NDVO processes files based on when the final deliverables are received...

Guys, I need advice on POF. I had shown 36 k CAD as liquid (Although the required was only 18 k for a family of 3) and I still have that, but I don't intend to break all FD's and other investments at once. My plan is to do landing (get my PR done) and then return back for a full move a few...

779 ppl picked in the first draw of EE. I have few questions 1. When will the next draw be? Have CIC clarified how many draws they will do in a year? Or is it only one per year? 2. Are all these people having job offer? I wonder what kind of positions are these where employers are willing to...

PF can still be withdrawn if you remain jobless for 2 months after leaving your current organization. The only downside is the waiting period of 2 months, post which you can fill the required withdrawal forms and get the cheque in your bank account within 30 days. I know people who have done...

Don't curse me, but I get a feeling PPRs will not be issued anything soon. In my opinion,CIC will see how EE evolves and accordingly they might decide what they want to do with all of us waiting for PPR. This may be especially true for a visa office like NDVO with high volume applications. I am...

You can have your PR card delivered at an alternate address (cousin, freinds) in Canada, who in turn can courier it to you back in India. That is never a problem. But what I dont know for sure is whether is it legitimate to plan a short landing trip and then make a full move on a later date...

I got RPRF, Medical, and PCC request on 15th Sep. I completed and submited all on 10th Oct, except my spouses FBI PCC. I had then asked for extension for FBI PCC submission, which NDVO approved. I submitted my Spouse's FBI PCC on 31st Dec 2014 (received at NDVO office in new delhi). Since then...

    FBI PCC

There is a form that you must have filled up where you say where and how long you stayed outside your home country in the last 10 years. In that form, if you stated 5 months and 10 days, then the chances of NDVO calling for your FBI PCC are 50:50. They may call for it if they feel the need. As...
