I guess CEC was always 1 year experience , it was never 2 years......Well if you are planning to settle in the province after you get PR go for PNP....if you are planning to move soon go CEC......if you apply through PNP you have to stick to the same employer till you get PR....that does not...

Buddy you can use your expired PNP for work permit extension.....While extending your work permit they will ask you whether you have done your medicals or not and if yes you will have to attach copy of the reciept from the doctor.....thats it
